The Oshakati Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project requires excavator rental services for earthwork construction on site.

服务范围：提供25吨级挖掘机、18m3自卸车租赁服务（含操作手），租赁服务商负责设备维修保养及操作人员配备，租赁方仅负责油料供应。按小时计费。
Scope of Services: Rental of 25-ton excavators and 18m3 Tipper truck including operators. The rental service provider shall be responsible for equipment maintenance and provision of operators. The hirer is only responsible for fuel supply. Billing is on hourly basis.
三、合格供应商资格要求 / Qualification Requirements
依法注册的纳米比亚本地或具备本地运营能力的设备租赁服务商；
具备25吨级挖掘机、18m3自卸车租赁**及操作人员；
具有类似工程机械租赁经验，优先考虑在纳米比亚或**非洲有稳定**者；
信誉良好，无重大违约记录；
必须为直接服务提供商，不接受代理或中间商。
Qualified suppliers must be legally registered equipment rental companies in Namibia or with local operational capability, possess 25T excavators and18m3 Tipper truck and operators, have relevant experience, good reputation, and be direct service providers (no agents or intermediaries).
四、报价要求 / Quotation Requirements
报价货币：纳米比亚元（NAD）或美元（USD）；
报价有效期：不少于30天；
必须包含操作手、维修等全部费用。
Quotation currency: NAD or USD. Validity: not less than 30 days. All costs including operators and maintenance must be included.
