Inspur Communication Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

5.1 The bidder must possess the relevant qualifications and experience in similar projects and have the capability to supply the goods or perform the works required under this procurement.

5.2 The bidder must be an enterprise legally registered in mainland China with independent legal person status and the ability to independently assume civil liability.

5.3 The bidder must have a sound financial accounting system and a good financial standing.

5.4 The bidder must have no record of major violations of laws or regulations, including fraud in winning tenders or serious contractual breaches, during the past three years.

5.5 The bidder must have a good record of paying taxes and social security contributions in accordance with applicable laws.

5.6 The bidder must possess the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract.

5.7 The bidder must not have been listed as a dishonest judgment debtor within the three years preceding participation in this procurement. Where consortium bidding is permitted, all consortium members must meet this requirement.

5.8 Consortium bids are not accepted for this procurement.

Interested bidders shall log in to the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.****点击查看.com) to download the electronic procurement documents between 16:00 on 9 October 2026 and 17:00 on 14 October 2026 (Beijing Time).

7.1 The deadline for submission of quotation documents (hereinafter referred to as the “Submission Deadline”) is 17:00 on 14 October 2026. Bidders must submit their electronic quotation documents through the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.****点击查看.com) before the deadline.

7.2 Quotation documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.

7.3 The quotation opening is scheduled for 17:00 on 14 October 2026. Bidders shall attend the quotation opening session on time and complete the online check-in. Bidders who fail to check in will be deemed to have accepted the quotation opening record and shall not raise any subsequent objections thereto.
