项目概况及招标范围：
The scope of work covers Plant-wide steel structure installation, including but not limited to beams, columns, stairs, railings, platforms, bracing, roof trusses, steel rails, purlin cleats, purlins, tie rods, steel gratings, chequered plates, secondary steelwork, and miscellaneous steel structural components of all kinds. Supply and installation of cladding/enclosure panels and all fastening materials thereof. Supply and installation of downpipes. Supply and installation of doors and windows. Installation of transformer rails.The Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing all machinery, tools and tackles, construction water and electricity, personnel visas, air tickets, etc., as well as any other installation works assigned by the Contractor.全厂钢结构安装包括但不限于（梁、柱、楼梯、栏杆、平台、支撑、屋架、钢轨、檩托、檩条、拉杆，钢格栅、花纹钢板、次钢结构及各类杂项钢结构构件），封闭板及封闭板固定所需材料的供货及安装，落水管供货及安装，门窗供货及安装，变压器轨道安装。分包商负责提供所有机械、工器具、施工用水电、人员签证、机票等，以及承包商指派的任何其他安装工作。
投标人资格要求：
The Bidder shall possess construction capabilities commensurate with the requirements of the Works. If the Bidder is an enterprise registered in the People’s Republic of China, it shall hold a Grade II or above qualification for General Contracting of Power Engineering or Specialty Contracting Qualification for Steel Structure Work, or other construction qualifications that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and appropriate to the Works. If the Bidder is an enterprise registered in the Sultanate of Oman, it shall provide a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.响应人应具备与本工程相适应的施工能力。若响应人为中国境内注册企业，应具备电力工程施工总承包二级及以上资质或钢结构工程专业承包二级及以上资质，或具备符合国家有关法律法规规定且与本工程相适应的其他施工资质；若响应人为在阿曼注册的企业，应提供有效的商业注册证书（CR）及增值税登记证书（VAT Certificate）。
